LeadFlow (operated from Helsinki, Finland) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our services. Contact: hello@leadfit.fi.

We collect and process the following data:

• Contact information (name, email, phone number) submitted through forms
• Usage data (pages visited, time on site) via analytics
• Lead data processed on behalf of our clients (as data processor)

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process personal data for: providing our services (contract), marketing communications (legitimate interest or consent), and legal compliance. Lead data is processed on behalf of our clients under a Data Processing Agreement.

4. Data Storage & Transfers

All data is stored within the EU. We use Twilio (EU data centers) for SMS delivery and Brevo (EU) for email. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

5. Data Retention

Website contact data: 24 months. Client lead data: as specified in the DPA (typically 12 months after contract ends). Analytics data: 26 months.
